André already embraced entrepreneurship during his college years and never let go of this passion. In 2022, his path crossed that of the IMG brand, Martin and his team, in his role as a management consultant. Having traversed, advised and mentored countless organizations, he found something exceptional in IMG - an authentic human approach.

An approach that not only resonated with him as a person, but also made his professional heart beat faster. This coupled with a determination to let quality flow through every aspect of the business convinced him to pursue his career at IMG.

André is passionate (also in his spare time) about 'people, organization and society' and to this end he has published a series of articles in well-known magazines and journals. In addition, he regularly throws himself into sporting combat on the chessboard.
