Martin has been active in the field of technical secondment for more than three decades. After a successful career in salaried employment - where, among other things, he built up a construction department to 400 employees - he made the step to self-employment in 2013. Convinced that things could and should be done differently, with as pillars: the ‘human touch’ and quality.

With this approach, and his image as a friendly, reliable professional, Martin made IMG the core healthy quality player it is today. And laid the foundation for a culture where it is pleasant to work, without an atmosphere of overblown commercialism.

Martin prefers to be in daily contact with professionals and clients, helping them where necessary. In his spare time, Martin likes to seek out the excitement of the ‘card game’.
