Nischal is a relationship-driven Senior Consultant with an extensive background in commerce, recruitment, and consultancy. Early in his career, he held commercial roles before moving into recruitment, where he acted as the connecting link between commercial, operational, and staff functions. He was responsible for the full order-to-cash process, from order intake through to revenue realisation.

He further developed his expertise within recruitment in the manufacturing and process industries, working on both the agency and corporate side, successfully connecting professionals in operations, maintenance, engineering, and management with leading organisations.

At IMG, Nischal focuses on recruitment, relationship management, and business development, while also supporting ongoing projects. With his personal approach, positive mindset, and genuine interest in people, he builds long-term, trust-based relationships that create value for clients and candidates.

Outside of work, he enjoys football, films, series, and travelling. As a father of three, he values spending quality time with his family. His enthusiasm, reliability, and sincerity make him a valued member of the IMG team.
